Speakers and content

This year we have assembled an all-star group of external speakers from across the global food industry such as David Brackston, Technical Director of the BRC and Raymond O’Rourke, a leading European Food Law thought-leader and Vice-Chair of the European Food Safety Authority.

These sessions will provide insight and learnings direct from the source of how BRC Version 8 has affected the safety culture of organizations and the question of driving excellence in food safety and quality culture to encourage the right behaviors, and improve and sustain performance.

Equally, Raymond O’Rourke, will provide a high level understanding of observations in light of the global political spectrum and what the future may hold for food safety.

After a full day of knowledge sharing and creation we are promising a truly unforgettable setting to network with your peers and drive a real connection beyond the boardroom.

We’ll be visiting Europe’s Number 1 tourist attraction, the Guinness Storehouse, where the Gravity bar will be our setting for the night.

Conference food is typically bland and not worth mentioning, however, our hotel food promises a variety of Irish cuisine from wild Atlantic salmon and award-winning grass-fed beef to amazing vegetarian options.
