Company Information

Industry: FMCG, Dairy, Dairy Products, Baby Food

History: Active since 1871

Manufacturing Locations: 30+ Countries

Use Case: To gain oversight of their supply chain and standardize workflows across a global supplier network of more than 100 countries.

How the Journey Began

Following a merger in 2008 which created a new entity employing more than 24,000 people across 38 offices, with distribution networks in over 100 countries, RFC were experiencing inefficiencies with maintaining compliance with differing GFSI and retailer technical standards.

They required a solution which would manage their global network while delivering local support across the different stakeholders in their Business Unit. After a long due diligence process, they selected Safefood 360°.
