In order to reset your password please click on the link “forgot your password?” on Safefood 360’s login page (https://go.safefood360.com/System/Dashboard), and then enter your email address. This will send an email to your inbox with a link to reset your password.
Note that this email sometimes will be found in spam/junk folders.
Once you receive this email you have to select “Reset your password” which is located in the body of the email. This will direct you to a page where you can enter your new password; note that you must enter your new password in both text fields.
Your password must meet our password criteria, therefore your password is required to contain at least one of all of the following:
1. Uppercase character.
2. Lowercase character.
3. Special character: (https://www.owasp.org/index.php/Password_special_characters).
